Terms of use
Last updated: October 23, 2026
DeviceKite is provided free of charge and as it is. You may use its tests for personal and commercial purposes, for example to check equipment before a meeting or a stream.
What the results mean
Results are measurements made by your browser and are affected by your device, operating system and settings. They are not certification of a product and not a medical test (for example, the hearing-range sweep and the reaction-time test are not diagnostic).
Your device and permissions
Some tests ask for browser permissions (microphone, camera). You choose whether to grant them and can withdraw them at any time. Keep the volume at a safe level, especially with headphones, and read the warning before using the stuck-pixel helper.
What you may not do
Do not copy the site’s text, layouts or code to republish them as your own, scrape it at a rate that burdens the service, or try to break its security.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, the operator is not liable for loss arising from use of this site or reliance on its results. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Operator and applicable law
DeviceKite is run by the operator of devicekite.com, based in Poland. Contact: contact@devicekite.com.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Poland. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live.
